THE ECO WORRIER
Who's Worried?
Just me? I hope not.
The Eco Worrier began as a quiet response to the noise — the greenwashed labels, the plastic-wrapped “eco” claims, the sense that we’re meant to feel better just because something says recyclable.
Here, I worry usefully. I notice what ends up in the bin. I question what’s become normal. And I share those reflections — not to preach, but to invite curiosity.
This space is for anyone who’s ever stood in front of a shelf and thought, “Is this really better?”
It’s not about perfection. It’s about paying attention. And maybe, slowly, walking a little lighter.

What's the Story?
I’ve always cared about animals. As a child, every new pet felt like a celebration. By the time I was nine, I’d become vegetarian — not because someone told me to, but because a classmate explained why he was. It made sense. Too much sense to ignore.
That was over thirty years ago. Since then, not eating meat has become easier. But respecting the environment? That feels harder. For every thoughtful choice we try to make, there’s a system — or a thousand marketers — trying to undo it for profit.
Caring for the planet has always been in the background of my life. I haven’t always made the right choices. But I’ve always worried. And I’ve always cared.
The Eco Worrier is my way of turning that worry into something useful. A space to notice, reflect, and maybe help others feel a little less alone in their concern.
